How do I access my tickets?
After your purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to My Tickets. To log in, just click the link in your email or visit the ticketing website, go to “My Tickets,” and log in using the email you used to book. No need to create a password — you’ll get a magic login link sent straight to your inbox.
Do I need to print my ticket?
Nope — you’ve got options! You can either: Print the PDF attached to your confirmation email, or Show the ticket barcode on your smartphone at the venue. Either way, make sure your screen brightness is up if you go digital.
I can’t find my ticket email
What should I do? First, check your spam or promotions folder for an email from the ticketing provider. If it’s still missing, head to the ticketing website and use the My Tickets feature to resend the confirmation. Still stuck? Reach out to the support team for help.
