DV Live Pty Ltd (“DV Live”) provides ticketing services, including the sale and distribution of tickets, as the seller for the relevant event (the “Event”). In providing these services, DV Live owns and operates its designated ticketing website (the “Site”).

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing a ticket. By purchasing a ticket from DV Live, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions relate both to the sale of tickets and attendance at events. These Terms and Conditions apply to both the original purchaser and any subsequent ticketholders (“you”).

Variation to Terms and Conditions

DV Live may vary these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating them. Any variations will only apply to ticket purchases made after these Terms and Conditions have been updated.

General Terms and Conditions

DV Live is the seller of all tickets. As such, except as specified in these Terms and Conditions, all claims in connection with tickets or events are the sole responsibility of DV Live, and, except to the extent required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), DV Live otherwise has no liability to you.

DV Live may limit, suspend, or terminate user accounts acting inconsistently with these Terms and Conditions, including those engaging in harassment, unlawful activity, or abuse towards employees or other users.

Refunds, Exchanges, and Replacements

Unless otherwise provided under the Refundable Tickets Terms and Conditions of Sale (if applicable):

DV Live does not offer refunds or exchanges due to a change in your personal circumstances or external factors (e.g., adverse weather).
DV Live will provide a refund or exchange a ticket only if an event is cancelled, rescheduled, or significantly relocated (and you cannot or do not wish to attend the rescheduled or relocated event), or as otherwise required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law). If an event is cancelled, refunds will be processed automatically to the original payment method.
If an event is cancelled, rescheduled, or relocated, all liability is limited to the ticket price paid (including fees unless otherwise notified at the time of purchase). Proof of purchase may be required.
DV Live will only replace lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed tickets if authenticity can be verified with proof of purchase and reasonable notice before the event.
Attendees should consider the refund and cancellation policies of travel and accommodation providers when making arrangements for attendance at an event.
Pricing

DV Live sets ticket prices at the time of sale and may adjust prices based on demand. Prices displayed at the time of purchase are final. No refunds or adjustments will be given for prior or subsequent changes in pricing.

Variations to Performances or Events

DV Live reserves the right to add, withdraw, reschedule, or substitute artists, performers, teams, or players and to vary advertised programs, prices, venues, seating arrangements, and audience capacity.

Conditions of Entry

Admission to an event is subject to DV Live’s terms. This includes:

Denial of entry or removal from an event if you breach these Terms and Conditions, are intoxicated, under the influence of illicit drugs, inappropriately attired, or adversely affecting others’ enjoyment.
Late arrival may result in admission being delayed until a suitable break.
Prohibition of cameras or recording devices unless otherwise permitted.
Potential searches of your person or possessions before entry.
Consent to be filmed or recorded at the event and for your image, likeness, and voice to be used for promotional purposes without compensation.
Compliance with government directions, orders, and regulations in place at the time of the event.
Assumption of all risks associated with COVID-19 or other communicable diseases when attending the event.
Authenticity and Validity of Tickets

Entry may be refused if the authenticity or validity of a ticket is in question, including if it has been damaged, defaced, or purchased from an unauthorised source.

Resale of Tickets & Scalping

Tickets may not be resold or offered for resale at a premium without prior written consent from DV Live. Tickets used for advertising, promotion, or other commercial purposes without consent may be cancelled without refund. Scalping laws may apply.

Collection and Delivery of Tickets

Allow adequate time for ticket collection or delivery. The chosen method will be available at checkout. DV Live may change your delivery method to “venue collect” at its discretion.

For concession tickets, suitable and valid identification must be provided upon collection and at the event.

Limitations on Number of Tickets Purchased

Purchases may be subject to ticket limits. Exceeding stated limits may result in order cancellations without notice, including associated orders under the same name, email, billing address, or credit card.

System Errors

While DV Live takes reasonable care to ensure correct pricing and availability, errors may occur. DV Live may cancel an order resulting from such errors but will endeavor to contact you if a pricing error occurs to offer the correct price option.

Customer Errors

If an error on your part results in DV Live reprocessing the transaction at your request, additional processing fees may apply.

The term “including” when used in these Terms and Conditions is not a term of limitation.
